Thanks for the back pain suggestion. Even if it doesn&#039;t have rock solid evidence, I like trying things to see if they work. Some do and some don&#039;t. 

I had a suggestion years ago when suffering from sinus infections 5 times a year to try a tea made from steeping fenugreek seeds.  

Through experimentation I&#039;ve come to about a soup spoon full, simmered for a while  in hot water. It&#039;s not the best tasting tea and it does a great job when I get a cold. I haven&#039;t had a sinus infection in 14 years because it dries my sinuses out. It works on one of my daughters, however doesn&#039;t work on my wife or oldest daughter.

Go figure....
